The cooking process takes place at 170 - 180 degrees oven. With this application, salty sunflower seeds will be obtained. The process of roasting in the microwave oven is similar, the only difference being that the amount is less.

For pan roasted sunflower seeds, the seeds are mixed continuously over medium heat. If salted sunflower seeds are to be made, a mixture of flour and salt water should be used. It is necessary not to leave the top of the pan to prevent the beans from burning.
